I am thinking to buy or lease a small bussines : Salon hair-  beauty or massage.

What are the rules ? do I need - a thai company registering ?

work permit ?

I will not work there myself

you might be wright but , ,    am tired of bars .  not so young anymore - but if I have a massage which can pay them onth rent and taxes  then I can stay there  when I want have girls to  do some hanky panky - I dont need much profit if any just to cover the  costs..    I am boss they wil ehh   and its so cheap now..
