A friend wants to rent his condominium to a foreigner and is looking for a sample rental agreement. Does anybody have a link to one in English or a scanned copy that covers all of the condominium-related stuff like common fees, etc.? Thanks

Lanny, is your landlord a falang? This lease looks reasonably well balanced although there is no holding of the deposit at the end of the lease for a reasonable time for bills to clear. I suspect practically speaking, if the Landlord didn't promptly return the deposit upon termination, called for in the lease, the Tenant really can't do much about it.
