Kanchanaburi Road Accident Kills Two
Picture from responders. A road accident occurred in Koh Khao Village, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province, on August 26.. Emergency services were alerted to a pickup truck that the driver had lost control, overturned, and crashed into a roadside tree along Route 4 in Nong Takya Subdistrict. At the scene, responders found that the pickup had been ripped apart, with the cab having been detached from the vehicle and the engine thrown further into the roadside verge. There wer two male victims, one was severely injured, identified as Mr. Parinya, 50 years old. He suffered a broken left leg, neck pain, and various abrasions across his body. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was later pronounced dead at 16:50. The other victim, sadly found dead at the scene, was identified as Mr. Supat, 28 years old, the son of Mr. Parinya. This tragic event has shocked the local community, leaving a family shattered by the loss of a father and son. I would have to agree. If you are not in the house. and even if you are in it. I would unplug everything and turn off the breakers. Or watch the meter as you unplug things to check for shorts in the appliances. As stated in the reply. It is entirely possible someone is stealing your electric. You should be checking for that as well. -

Is the V6 a petrol engine? If so makes sense, when sold new, petrol Pajero were cheaper than the diesel. -

If there is a historic precedent derived from the Court of Appeals, I would have expected the Code to have been updated to reflect such a ruling, that would make it clear for future claimants. As things stand currently, the English language version of the Tax Code leaves the giver of any gift, tax unaffected by the Gift Tax rule and playing no part in it, only the receiver is granted rights. Perhaps if @anrcaccount can supply the facts that led to his accusation of scaremongering, things will become a little clearer.
