Photo: AoT Phuket By The Phuket News PHUKET: Flight passengers travelling to Phuket must present documents proving that the passenger is fully vaccinated or has tested negative for COVID-19 within the previous 72 hours or they will not be allowed to board the plane. The directive was issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) just before 8pm last night. The directive came into effect today (May 19).
