Can anyone explain the Thaivisa update rollout?

I try to keep up to date with the Thaivisa forum updates, but always find that when they reach my inbox others have been posting for 20 hours or so. Nothing to do with my Email provider as other posts are received almost instantaneously. Anyone else have this problem?

Does it matter.? 

 - for there is all the latest input for any Topic one has subscribed/responded to...

Many of the topics in the news letter were done late afternoon or evening (after the 2nd newletter was sent). That is why they have been posted on for several hours.
