My world cares more about the victims than the criminal. Criminals can avoid uncomfortable jail conditions very easily by not committing crimes. The criminals made a choice. Their victims did not. The victims did not choose to be killed, raped, beaten or stolen from. Anyway, I didn't suggest putting a bullet in their head (although I have yet to hear a convincing argument as to why the butcher of Southport cannot receive one), but did make these suggestions - literally anything is better than releasing criminals early due to government incompetence. Deport the foreign criminals (11,000 of them) Build temporary prisons for non violent criminals. Increase the capacity of cells, knock down walls and make bigger communal cells (for reference, see Bangkok Hilton)
