yes thanks Crossy..I was not sure that any electric posts were posted only on the electric forum...Hope you are keeping safe.

I asked around a few months ago and ended up contacting a german guy who ended up doing an outstanding and quite complicated (changed out 3 phase consumer unit) job for me at what I thought was a fair price.

I've had this licensed electrician do some work on my home a few years back, his English is good and he's not expensive, Not sure if he's still working but maybe give him a call; Mr Jaroon 081-862-5291.
