Saw a red-tag Jeep Gladiator today, not my thing but it looked impressive. 

 

Apparently it has a 3 liter turbocharged diesel V6 that generates 442 lb./ft. of torque and 240 Hp

 

Anyone else seen one?

Saw one in the window at the new B Autohaus on Rama 4 across from Lumpini Park.  Looked impressive, but then with import fees going to be expensive.  Just about 35 to 55k USD in the US so I would expect it to be marked up 300% for import duties and fees.

back when I liked that kind of vehicle, I had a real one ( M-715 version)

 

I wonder if a Vios costs close to $80k usd what a  jeep costs.

An M-715 - Thats quite the machine.... looks awesome and outrageous at the same time !

 

 

Clearly the Gladiator is those who can afford it - looks pretty awesome too. Not my cup of tea, but still, it looks pretty incredible.
