the current system overtests (3!) vaccinated tourists and tracks only  the same,  the goal is to make money off the testing and the inevitable quarantines and to pretend to be doing something positive, the resources put into the current absurd system (yes, Command Center I mean you) does nothing to lessen the risk to unvaccinated residents
