I am not looking to start a thread but I am looking to sell a children's clothes shop in Thongsala, Koh Phangan, so if anyone is interested or knows of anybody looking for either a business opportunity or centrally located premises then please PM me.

The shop is glass fronted (without frame, modern) comes with aircon, sofa, racking, shelving, stock.

We have a genuine reason for wanting a sale, and that is we are expecting our second child and do not have the time to run this business as well as others. :

My apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I want to aim it at Phangan/Samui people.

Failing a sale of the shop we will be looking to offload all its contents, window, aircon etc.

The price is on application and negotiable.
