Can anyone direct me to the appropriate internet site that will tell me wheremyAZ vaccine was manufacured. I have the lot/serial number.  so far Ihave been unable to track it down.

The Lot No. for AZ vaccine made in India has a "Z" as the 5th character.  Can't help with the others.

Given the emergency use categorization, this seems to be quite tightly guarded information.

 

One assumes this is covered in the contract and NDA?

 

And each importing country (Thailand) has their own rules.

 

Maybe contact AZ, or some Thai government organization MoPH/DDC, FDA, GPO.

Lots beginning with "A" are manufactured by Siam Bioscience Co., Ltd. In Thailand.

 

Lot A1012 contained 436,100 doses and was received by the distribution company on 24 June 2021.

Thailand has a rule stating that the lot number must be indicated on the label, but there is no rule regarding the structure of the lot number.
