Yesterday I tried the online 90 day reporting on several different browsers it didn't work. So I downloaded the app for android and tried that. It told me I am on 135 day overstay!!! So I went this morning to Jomtien immigration office and completed my sign in there. When I told the IO about my experience online he said 'online no good not update' I take that to mean the data base was not updated since 12th March, at least in my case and possibly many others for whom the online sign in does not work.

Some offices have updated the online reporting database when a extension was done. Others have not and that is creating the problem you have.

It is the same when a report is done in person and the system is not updated. That causes people to get the message they are not within the reporting window.
