Water Bore

Featured Replies

Hi to all, has anybody in Isaan country had a water bore dug/drilled for them on their property, if so what was the general cost. Cheers

around us (udon thani - rural) we have had afew done over the last 15 years. drill and not find water no pay, drill to 50 +  netre 6'' bore/blue pipe 4,000-6,000 baht.  that is the going rate, (its very cheap) i have heard in different area/province anything upto 50,000 baht.

With all due respect to your specific undetailed question, the first bore I had sunk in Isaan. It cost 2500 baht had a 4 inch casing a 1" delivery pipe and foot valve, all in price.

I suggest you tend more information to get a better current estimate.

฿6000 + ฿7000 for pump etc. more or less.

I know you are in Issan, but where I am central plains ,it is 500 baht meter for a 4inch bore ,and about 1000 baht  meter for a 6inch bore.

Where are , our local  Or-Bor-Tor drilled a bore last month for us ,job done in 1 .1/2 days  .70 meters,  70 000 baht 6 inch pipe, now in the proses of fitting solar panels.

As the crow flies 2 km away, 3, day and 90 meters  to find water  4 inch bore ,this guy ,with pump and wiring ,and pipe work 90,000 baht ,this was 18 months ago .
