I use the mobile phone and have it printed at some shop. There are even app supporting passport photo selfies. If you're in the Sukhumvit area, there's J. J. Photoexpress 1043 Soi Thonglor, BTS Thonglor Exit 3 (right under the station on main Sukhumvit).
