Thailand has begun to place asymptomatic COVID-19 patients in home isolation, to free up hospital beds for those in more need, as the country struggles to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

In the past 3 months, civil society also launched the Home and Community Isolation programs, in an effort led by the Human Settlement Foundation.

The Home and Community Isolation programs, launched by citizens, are funded by the National Health Security Office.

Unless your over 60.  Then you are forcefully placed in direct contact with symptomatic Covid patients.  Excellent way to cull the unproductive who now no longer work and instead draw pension.

How old are you?
"61."
Well get your things together and the medical police will be by to transport you to the Covid ward.
"But - I'm not sick!"
Don't worry Mr. Sonchai.  You will be soon!  And when you die.  We'll burn you for free!

Today 15376

Die 87

Once they get Antigen tests in pharmacies, the "Cases" number will double if not triple.
Once they start offering free funerals to people who "died of Covid", the Covid death statistics will jump 400% to 1000%.

Is that actually happening? surely now we have the option to home isolate especially if using a home test kit .

wife has a friend near Bangkok and thier whole family are not well, they have been asking to be tested for covid and are being refused by those in charge, they are self quarantining and getting no help from anyone what so ever, seems more  when this is happening like they are trying to cover up the real figures

Under 60 and in otherwise good health, maybe they let you stay at home.  There are other criteria that can make you ineligable.
If you don't fit the stringent requirements, then it's medical incarceration for you (at your own expense farangs).

Which is why you want your own tests.  Then you just shut up and home isolate, although I'd have a plan on how you plan to handle your illness.  Most people here would rather die than take a drug or drug protocol they consider to be 'right wing.'  So actually, they'd be better served to report to a hospital and plan to pony up what their insurance will refuses to pay especially if they are asymptomatic when they enter.
The world has gone right off the rails.  <laughs>

For sure the real figures are much higher. Don’t think they are trying to cover up much. They just don’t have the capacity to deal with this.

Getting vaccines fast or a Wuhan like lockdown is only options now, if they want some kind of control. The virus is doing very well.

Most people in our Tambon were sick this time last year and the local hospitals just repeated, "No test - it's a cold" and sent them home.  Which is why most of our Tambon were sick this time last year.

That is why I'd personally like an Covid antibody test.  Can't get them online.

So this happening across the world, and how many scientists, epidemiologist's, virologists, radiologists, ventilator technicians, anesthetists  around the world, in countries with no political ties are part of this alleged conspiracy?

Are the lizard people involved?

Sorry I don't seem to be able to see where I alleged there was a conspiracy but then mushrooms don't see well in the dark.
