PHUKET: A workers’ camp in Patong has been put under ‘Bubble and Seal’ isolation for one month after 13 workers there tested positive for COVID-19 as Phuket officials yesterday marked a record 38 local infections on one day, not including two Sandbox arrivals who were also recorded as testing positive yesterday (July 27).

The 13 workers tested positive while health workers were tracing 27 high-risk contacts at the camp, located near Patong Municipality, Phuket Vice Governor Piyapong Choowong explained at a special press conference held yesterday evening.

Also present for the press conference were Phuket Provincial Public Health Office (PPHO) Chief Kusak Kukiattikoon and Kathu District Public Health Chief Peerapong Cheeplek.

No hope for the sandbox if the locals were injected with Sinovac, follow up with a better booster

is the only solution.

Testing positive does not mean everything,is it not better to test for antibodies?

But the sandbox is doing as promised... if you have a short memory.

Sinovac is the best ! an important person (or someone who thinks he is...) will soon tell you !

You have to support sinovac, it's the government choice, so it can only be great !

The authorities need to start telling the truth and tell people what is really going on in Phuket, they close a building site down for 1 month but only close Central down for 7 days, why did they close it down? for cleaning what in the middle of the Sandbox I will leave you guys to draw your own conclusions why they closed it down they are just not telling you,

Why are there unscreened and I mean daily screen construction sites in a Sandbox, Mr. Governor ? 13 people don't happen overnight and in a single day. Show your responsibilty to keep the Sandbox clean and running proactive, not always reactive. Someone loosing face here, big time.

And BTW, who gives a flying f*** who was present at a press conference ?
