Teng, 32, and Tong, 36, were charged were named in arrest warrants issued by the Nakhon Ratchasima court for fraud. They were using Thailand as a base to defraud their compatriots back in China. They posed as "Zhong" on Facebook in a "Hybrid Scam" in connection with investment in digital currency, reported Komchadluek.
