Mostly roof damage was done to 40 houses in just five minutes. Locals call the storm "Lom Hua Duan" a kind of mini tornado, Daily News reported. Packing strong winds the storm caught locals by surprise. They said it was the first time in 60 years such a storm had struck the area.
