BANGKOK (Reuters) - Police in Thailand used water cannon to break up a demonstration at the national police headquarters on Tuesday, a day after clashes during which a young protester was left in a coma with a bullet lodged in his head.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand will purchase an additional 12 million doses of Sinovac's coronavirus vaccine to try to expedite its rollout, a senior official said on Tuesday, despite concerns over its efficacy against the Delta variant of COVID-19.

Thai cenbank revises bank capital rules for better risk management

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's central bank said on Tuesday it had revised some capital rules to help banks to manage risks and capital adequacy and to promote sustainable finance.
