There is a largish warehouse type store not so far from me but can't say their stuff is any cheaper than the local 20B shop., which is on the outside of the local Tesco.

Find a 20B shop nowhere near where you want to open and ask them|?

Just buy a container load of cr@p from China , just like

other 19 THB (in my area) shops , Aliexpress ,

In a remote place like any big amphur it can be a good idea to make 200 baht of profit per day without making many efforts.
