CrossBones
Here in Chiang Mai the government are giving out free vaccines for "foreign, non-residents" in vulnerable groups, over 60's and over 100kg and with medical conditions. I am wondering if Burmese in these groups are entitled to free vaccines? They were, after all, donated by the USA for foreign non residents where i doubt very much they are able to discriminate further on racial or nationality grounds? So if you know a Burmese or Indonesian "foreign non resident" in the vulnerable group get them to walk in asking for the free vaccine. If refused, that would be an interesting story. CrossBones
Due to a low turnout amoungst "expats" they are likely giving to any "foreigner" now...
