Sydebolle
As Somchai, the rice farmer in Kalasin or Maha Sarakham, is not paying any taxes (as no taxable income to start with), I just hope that the recipients are aware, that they receive money which has been taken away from them already ........ or they will have to pay in the future. The government, in no country, has money on its own but redistribute money they've been taking away somewhere else. Some goes back to those who paid in the first place, other funds are diverted into utilities like submarines, beautification of Jomtien beach promenade and thousands of representatives in the Lamppostgate - your call! I just wonder, who on Earth will pay for how long for this present, so far never seen, spending spree by the guys close to the government's coffers ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
