There is one more important question which we should consider. How can we ensure that Jason Arday has not sacrificed himself in vain? I have three suggestions, and, no doubt you have many more suggestions better than mine... a. We must stamp out this bogus concept of racism, which is not supported by present-day biology research. b. We must stamp out ideology, and also recognize that human behavior is too often motivated by ideology, and that, unfortunately, ideology accounts for most of irrational human behavior. c. We must introduce AI into the teaching process at prestige universities in order to combat the strange idiosyncrasies of most primadonna teachers, and we all have had them....and had enough of them, too. d. We must try to instill in academia a stronger sense of ethics. But, we must VERIFY, always, and NEVER TRUST...... e. Concerning Politics in Academia....and the understanding of such.....we should use Giles Goat-Boy as one primer which will serve us well. Giles Goat-Boy is a novel, yes, but it can also become a path and road-map for a better and more enlightened academic future. Giles Goat-Boy is a novel written by an academic...FOR academics..... We would be fools not to take heed, these days, when so much is going wrong...... Just my very humble opinion...and... My Two Cents
