June 25, 200422 yr Just hired 3 more Thai graduates and need to get them on an intensive english course soon. Any recommendations? They will be working offshore on a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation and so a 2 week course would be perfect. They already speak a little - I just need to improve their english a little so as to give them more confidence overall. Previously I had left it upto the individual employee but this has had mixed results, which some companies trying to fleece them for months of lessons! Cheers Ian
