Nobody knows yet how damaging the virus will be on people long term. New cancers, organ/brain issues, etc. 

 

This virus was engineered to cause damage.

I also think along the same lines plus the possibility that the virus may become dormant in the body at low levels only to emerge again months or years into the future when your immune system is compromised due to other reasons.. I suppose we will eventually find out over the coming years lets hope for the best and continue to plan for the worst case scenario.
