Pattaya Condos: History and Future
Yes it's depressing to think of what the roads will be like in a few years. Take just the Grande Solaire condo development on Thappraya Road, 2500 units potentially 5000 people, that's like a small town on its own. The roads around there are already very congested, and going into town, forget it. Does Pattaya City Hall even have a town planning department? -

USA CNN Analyst: Climate Fear Stagnant for Decades Despite Alarming Events
Numbers are from July 1, 2025 ...... https://www.tvinsider.com/1200350/tv-news-ratings-2025-second-quarter-abc-nbc-cbs-msnbc-fox-news-cnn/ In the key 25-54 demo, Fox News averaged 202,000 viewers for the day and 304,000 in primetime, down slightly on the first quarter (247,000 and 380,000, respectively). MSNBC averaged 57,000 viewers for the day (even with Q1) and 91,000 in primetime (down a tick from 96,000). CNN, meanwhile, averaged 71,000 viewers for the day (down from 79,000) and 105,000 in primetime (down from 121,000). Yep, CNN beats MNBC. ROTFLMFAO. -

K Bank App Problem
Only problem is the EV charging, hopefully BYD is open here on Sunday and if all else fails I can probably con BYD into charging the car and give them some money. You would think there must be more than 1 way of paying for a charge. I can fix the other up at the bank on Monday. KBank emergency phone number said take my internet provider paper and my 2 passports to the bank and they will register my phone number with the new passport. Only the app has been blocked, evidently KBank card still works. -
