Are visitors allowed to your condo?

Featured Replies

Still unable to visit a couple of friends' condos in downtown Bangkok. My condo just checks visitors temperature only. What about your condo?

Allowed to visit room only, no access to pool/gym/library/cinema etc

No restrictions, no tests, not even to access the extensive library, cinema or double olympic-sized pool.   There is an automatic disinfectant sprayer that has to be walked under, though.

I'd leave my condo if i wasn't allowed visitors, specially at this stage. Personally not experienced any trouble at friends their places all tho pool and gym is limited to like 2-4 pax only.

The geniuses who run my condominium have banned food and grocery delivery people, but construction workers carrying out renovation projects are allowed total freedom of movement throughout the building. It’s almost like money - and not the health and safety of the residents - is the main consideration.

Jomtien. Yes allowed. Unlimited. Unchecked. Full access to all facilities..

Security don't even collect their IDs! :vampire:

Visitors no problem no restrictions. Delivery people have to leave food, parcels, etc at reception floor.

PKCP Condo Pattaya has relaxed rules, though the staff at the desk literally say "visitors are not to make party."

My Pattaya condo was banning visitors, not sure if that changed Oct. 1.

khao takiab, hua hin - visitors allowed, swimming pool open, restaurant open......  temp check on way in (voluntary)

I would leave and tell the owner why. Even requesting I.D's from family and friends is inappropriate.
