The authorities in Phnom Penh have reiterated that KTVs, pubs, and discos are prohibited from October 29 to November 11.

The municipal administration of Phnom Penh has stressed again that 'high risk' commercial activities such as KTV, bars, and discos are prohibited for the period October 29 to November 11 in a release from The Ministry of Information today, October 29 – shared by the Office of Cambodian PM twitter account.

 

Furthermore, save under the following circumstances, private gatherings of more than 50 individuals are prohibited:

 

Religious or other rites involving family members and relations, as determined by the authorized authorities.

 

Public meetings, gatherings, and meetings of health workers to carry out health measures such as collecting samples for Covid-19 and Covid-19 vaccine.

 

Other emergency medical personnel's meetings.

 

At all levels, the Administrative Unity Command gathers relevant authorities and forces to ensure security, order, and public order.

 

People gathered during a judicial police officer's or a tribunal's sessions.

 

Bringing together a group of civil servants as determined by the appropriate authorities.
