Panat Nikhom-A fire has damaged a foundry while Buddha images were being painted in the Panat Nikhom district. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters were notified of the fire earlier this weekend at the foundry in the Na Phra Tat sub-district.

Fire fighting teams arrived at the scene to find the fire was already ablaze with lots of smoke pouring from the building. Staffers from the foundry were seen escaping from the burning building and fleeing across nearby land. It took about 30 minutes to control the fire in total and luckily no injuries were reported.

And the Fire Insurance policy had been renewed last week.

My brother in laws dad owns a business in the town ,not a lot of people know that.

Buddha images let them down here, or are there claims they protected them, and hence 'no injuries' ensued.
