chipperman
It seems that Thailand has changed the goal posts again,1st it was $100,00 Covid insurance cover for tourists now is a general insurance for a min of $50.000 . Since all Thailand insurers have a age limit to 75years what options to returning ExPats 80year and older with a stroke of the pen over 75year old people are not wanted it seems. What options are available to those from November 1st ?.
pattaya1234was
Maybe I can tie this post with one of mine on another thread. According to the 'new' rules I am allowed to visit a 'safe'' country and return direct to Thailand within 21 days without quarantine. No mention of any other hoops. Like the poster above I am aged, 82 , above the limit allowed by insurers. So does that mean I am meant to spend every day of the rest of my life in Thailand? I have a non O visa which expires in Sept. 2022 so no insurance required.
