Thailand pass not accepting PDF files?

I need help on Thailand pass. I am having trouble uploading my booking confirmation and also my flight confirmation. They are PDF files. When I try uploading the PDF files here it never works. They are a lot less than 2 MB. It seems like this only accepts images and not PDF files? Help plz.

Correct, TP does not accept .pdf files.

You could:

 

a.  Use adobe acrobat to convert it  

 

or

 

b.  Use your phone to take a photo of the .pdf file.

Google "convert pdf to jpg". There's plenty online converters. Upload pdf, download jpg.

I get the feeling this part of the nonsense will be amending in the coming days ahead.

 

most of us going back or wanting to go back will probably accept mucking about a bit - the average joe tourist is going to get stuck here and say to hell with it and cancel everything

Definitely this... as more errors will pop up... 

 

A lot of info on the “Thailand Pass is Up and Running” thread which will make you realise you are not alone in the issues you are facing and workarounds have been found.

I have used screenshot option for both my hotel reservation upload and my insurance certificate. I will keep you updated if it is accepted. Has anyone else used screenshots for required docs?
