snoop1130 Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 A Thai Real Estate Information Centre’s (REIC) report shows an average of 114,668 second hand dwellings had been listed per month in the second quarter of 2021, along with some 290,000 new properties, a slight contraction compared to the first quarter of this year, but at higher prices. The data was collected from state financial institutions, the Legal Execution Department and the real estate listing website taladnudbaan.com. According to the REIC, combined pre-owned listings were valued at an average of 818 billion Baht a month in the second quarter. Combined new property listings, meanwhile, were valued at 1.2 trillion Baht. If fools stop purchasing at these inflated property prices there is only one outcome. Go broke or get real!
