Somebody have a copy of the condominium act committee rules and even better an english translation is helpfull.

I make a search in internet, but I didn t find anything.

For more applicable details (on how voting rights etc work at your building) you will need to refer to the building regulations, which you should have been provided with when you purchased your condo, if not ask for a copy from the building manager, or juristic committee chairperson.
