Thai wife needs Thailand Pass but cant get into portal

Thai wife (dual pprt usa) needs an entry permission but can not sign into Pass.  Any recent situations?

I had a problem signing in until I noticed this box which is very faint and easy to miss

And sometimes it help to use another Internet Browser!!! A lot of thai websites have problems with Chrome.

Check junk folder if you complete it and yes check the ALMOST invisible box

I tried it last week with Chrome. After I clicked the Send-Button on the first form page I got a blank white screen. Sereval tries got the same result. Than I used the Edge Browser and everything gone perfect!!!

And YES, I checked the box!!!
