Yes.  Pretty sure Do Home and/or Home Hub and probably Global.  Take that photo along so they know what you want.

OP, are you looking for the complete set up or just the grates (hard to tell from the photo)?  Cause I haven't seen a complete setup.  For a complete drainage channel you'll have to buy the grates then either have cement workers make the channel or find premade channels.
