File photo By Paul Andrews A flood alert has been issued for Prachuap Khiri Khan and seven other southern provinces. The Royal Irrigation Department has said heavy rain is expected to fall in the province between next Tuesday and Thursday (Nov 23 to 25) which could cause flash flooding. The adverse weather is due a cold front from China.
