Here's what I've found: Dr Karon Clinic in Karon charges 2700 baht The Sainamyen International Clinic (with sites in Patong, Karon, Kata) charges 2,700 baht. Booking via https://pcrphuket.com/ shows the Paweena Clinic, Wichit has a promotion for 2,790 baht.
