More than 20 foreign and Thai victims have followed up at the Pattaya City Police Station this morning regarding the case of a Pattaya area bank branch assistant manager causing them to lose significant amounts of money due to alleged fraud and scams.

Thai female lawyers fight for right to wear trousers in court

The Human Rights Lawyers Association (HRLA) and Nitihub, an open forum for public discussion of issues of public interest, have threatened to seek redress from the Central Administrative Court if the Thai Bar Association does not respond to their petition for a change to its dress code, which currently forbids female lawyers from wearing trousers in court.

NACC introduces “Corruption Risk Mapping” scheme, closes 4,500 graft cases this year

BANGKOK (NNT) - The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) said it had already closed more than 4,500 graft-related cases and launched a new scheme called “Corruption Risk Mapping” to prevent wrongful practices in all sectors of society.

133 Thai Eateries Listed in Michelin’s Bib Gourmand 2022

BANGKOK, Dec 9 (TNA) – The Michelin Guide Thailand edition introduced the 133 Thai eateries that received the Bib Gourmand logo for 2022. Of them, 33 are newcomers and 6 are promoted from last year’s nomination.
