Popular Post edwinchester
My Thai mother in law has been receiving treatment for mental health issues for years. It seems to consist solely of drug treatment with variable results at best, no counselling or holistic approach at all.

HAPPYNUFF
My son in laws father was committed to the local asylum some months ago The doctors said his mental condition was caused by years of drinking that famous brew, Lao Khao. The poor devil was too scared to go to sleep, as "demons" came to "get him" he said. He was in a very bad way. Could hardly walk, had the shakes, dribbled, wet himself continuously. Home now, on medication, stopped the grog, but still not the full quid, can do a bit of light work but thats all...It worried me that much I even put an extra ice cube in my beer, to dilute it.

Drug and alcohol addiction are regarded as mental health issues, I do not know if gambling is included as all addictions are similar. Example, lost big time playing cards at an illegal casino, then asked Mom for the Chinot , and she refused, then mayhem started and did not end well.
