The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa is presenting its latest venture, "InAzia by Kisso", a reproduction of the multi award winning Japanese dining venue located at the the Westin Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok. "InAzia by Kisso" mixes authentic yet contemporary flavors with the freshest ingredients to create meticulously prepared dishes. Just when you thought you knew Japanese food in Hua Hin, "InAzia by Kisso" raises the bar on what is currently on offer locally. The set menu for two people offers excellent value for what is an elevated dining experience. Enjoy appetizers of Japanese style egg omelet with grilled eel and assorted prawn and vegetable tempura. There are also three kinds of sashimi: Akamai, Salmon and Hamachi, while the main course consists of a stunning charcoal grilled salmon served with pan fried vegetables.
