Non Immigrant 'o'

An Indian Passport Holder wishes to visit me in Bangkok.

He can apply for Tourist Visa - 30 day stay OR

Visa on arrival - 15 day stay

Can he apply for Non Immigrant 'O' - visiting friend and get 90 day stay?

I am British Passport holder on a Thai Retirement Visa

my Indian friend is my Travel Companion when I visit India.

If he can apply for Non Immigrant 'O' - visiting friend

what documentation is he likely to require from ME?

I would think the best thing would be to see if theres a thai embassy/console in India to check wether Indian passport holders can obtaain non o visas same as Brits can...

Yeah its best for him to just give the thai embassy/console in India a call and ask them what document he would need.

I'm from England and when i applied for the non-immigrant 'O' they didnt ask for any documents, but to be safe, what i did was send them a letter from my girlfriend saying that i would be living with her at all times and she could support me (even though i can support myself)
