A few bars near second road open and some on the left half way down towards Beach Rd in what was the main strip but most closed. A shadow of its former self but action can be found. A few of the German-type bars near Beach Rd are open. Soi 8 Flipper and Eastiny Inn hotels are open. The Sailor Bar is doing good business and Rolling Live is open with live music and about 1/3 full.
