If we buy a condo and rent it to others, is there any kind of tax we need to pay? such as property tax , rent tax, income tax ect??

There will be taxes to be paid at the time of transfer of the property at the land office.

Further, there is tax on the income from the rental.

There is no annual property tax to pay but you will have a condo association fee or dues that may be charged annually or monthly. I pay B2000/month on one and B4000/year on another.
