Popular Post snoop1130
Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health is rolling out four measures to cope with the new wave of COVID-19 infections, especially the Omicron variant, with an emphasis on slowing down the spread of the disease through mass vaccinations, the mass use of antigen tests and maximum self-protection by individuals and businesses, according to Public Health Permanent Secretary Dr. Kiattibhoom Vongrachit. The first covers mass vaccinations, slowing down the spread of the virus, self-screening through using rapid antigen tests and close monitoring of virus mutations by health officials. The second is social measure to encourage people to exercise maximum caution to protect themselves from getting infected and to ensure safe public venues. Popular Post dinsdale
Self screening. Sure. Report possitives? Are the ATK tests up for it. From what I've been seeing and hearing if it's at the beginning of symtoms or a few days after it's peaked in your system they may not pick it up. How many are throat swabbing? What about asymptomatic? Mask wearing and vaccinations seems to be the way to slow it down but it cannot be stopped. It has to burn itself out. Vaccinated will still get it. For most a type of common cold or nothing. As for masks I will say what I have previously said on numerous occasions. I haven't had a cold since mask wearing became the norm. 4
Popular Post nattaya09
Omicron will blow through and be on to other places before you get any mass booster/testing program established. The good thing is that it appears to peak fast and dissipate fast which also gives governments their opening to claim they "eradicated Omicron" in record time. 5

This can only be done by genomic sequencing and is best with high levels of community testing. I guess this won't be happening here. 4

My UK is now full steam ahead basically with living with it, Thailand needs to do the same or Thailand will closed for another 6 months minimum and tourism destroyed even more
