What is this bill about?

Can anybody tell me what this bill is all about?

Was sent out either November or December whilst I was away and appears to be backdated  to 2557?

Its for waste disposal (so says Mr Google).

Did you forget to pay your bill way back when?  Looks like they hired an auditor who went back through the books to find forgotten sums and delinquent payments that were not moved forward each year.....

 

New Juristic or property management company?

 

My Condo just changed management companies and they went through the books.  I was sent a bill for 45 baht.  It was for an under payment on a water bill from 2 years ago.  The bill was for 183 baht but alas I read it wrong and paid 138.  Verified by looking though my files....

 

Just an idea.

Nope. Never seen this bill before so likely never received.

Waste - Grey water? As have septic tank like most houses.
