It was never an issue before under ’Test & Go’ because Spain was within the 63 nations permitted to apply for Test & Go... And its not an issue now with Sandbox applications. Under currently regulations (if vaccinated) your return will need to be an international flight arriving in *Phuket with 7 days Sandbox.
