I have set up four standing orders to transfer money from my Kasikorn bank account to be actioned on the 1st of every month.  Today none of them were actioned.  Last month they were fine.  I rang their help line on 02-888-8888 and after getting through all the "Push button 1 for account" etc messages I spoke to an agent.  He confirmed  there was a problem and that a system update was due this afternoon at 2pm that would correct the problem, and I shouldn't alter the standing orders as they would be action after the  update.  In fact they were actioned  at 3-45pm.

 

I assume this was something to do with the changeover from K-cyber to K-Biz which happened recently.  So if your payouts were delayed, this is why.  I don't know what else may have been affected.

Notification of transfers via the app was certainly one area. My gf had to wait about an hour  to see it.

I went to Kasikorn in Patong to open an account for my friend yesterday and the assistant manager said that the internet banking would not be accessible before martz because of updating of their systems.
