I've jumped through all the vax hoops and printed off my certificate today to see my name is spelled wrong and I'm now of a similar sounding nationality to my correct one.

 

I think this will work for local travel etc, it's similar enough to the correct data for a cursory glance but may cause problems should I decide to travel overseas. 

 

Any suggestions where I can get it corrected?

 

Go and see your local department of health. Take your certificate and your passport. If you do not speak Thai take a friend who speaks both languages. Good luck
