Peterw42
The requirements could vary depending on the local land office, and circumstances (Is it the family home, is it a rental property etc).. Basically, it would be property documentation, Chanote, blue book etc. ID for all parties, funds to pay transfer/tax etc. Edited March 2, 2022 by Peterw42
DrJack54
@Peterw42 or anyone. Hopefully can add a question here to avoid new thread. So purchased condo. Will be transfer Thai to Thai. Meet at land office along with estate agent next Thurs. All transfers to be paid by owner. Anything in particular to check, watch out for? Did same thing exactly one year ago for a townhouse. Same deal with the transfers. Seemed to me with that purchase that the land office guy was very careful with his checking of clear title etc. Any tips appreciated. TIA.
