We want to add an exterior terrace at the rear of our house. I've seen similar things Thais have done and when I ask them what the flooring is they said smartboard, but how long does smartboard last if used as the flooring for an exterior, open terrace that will be exposed to sun & rain?

I’ve used 20mm sherawood it’s lasted over 10 years, put enough supports in or you have a problem. Construction starts at 2 minutes
